Corrugated Nylon In-Tank Fuel Hose

Our corrugated nylon fuel hoses are engineered for in-tank fuel pump installations where flexibility, chemical resistance, and long-term durability are critical. The corrugated design prevents kinking, making it easy to route hoses through tight spaces inside modern fuel pump modules and tanks.

Size and Fitment Options

• 8 mm ID

  • Fits 5/16 inch barbs (7.9–8.0 mm) and 3/8 inch barbs (9.5 mm)

  • On larger barbs the hose requires heat or an install tool to fit correctly
    

  • Recommended for use on Walbro 450 style pumps where the outlet barb is sized for 8 mm hose

• 9 mm ID

  • Fits 3/8 inch barbs (9.5 mm) by hand installation without heating or special tools

  • Because the fit is looser than the 8 mm hose, the line should be secured with a clamp
    

  • Also compatible with slightly smaller barbs (around 8.92 mm), though clamping is always advised

• Lengths available: 150 mm and 250 mm for both sizes

• 9 mm x 1000 mm Corrugated Saddle Tank Fuel Hose

  • Cross-Tank Option: 9 mm × 1000 mm version for saddle-style tanks (e.g., BMW and other dual-module systems) Not available in 8mm 

Fuel Compatibility

• Made from PA11 (Nylon 11), known for low permeation and high resistance to gasoline, ethanol, and E85
