Returns & Cancellations
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund (less applicable transaction and processing fees) or an exchange for another item. All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Returned or exchanged products must be received in the same condition as originally delivered. Items that have been installed, modified, damaged, or show signs of use may not be eligible for return or refund.
Items that arrive with damage or a damaged finish will not be considered eligible for a refund.
All approved returns are subject to a 10% processing fee based on the original sale amount and shipping changes. This fee covers non-refundable transaction, payment processing, and administrative costs.
Canceled, Fraudulent, or Non-Contact Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders flagged as fraudulent, suspicious, or those placed without successful customer contact.
Orders placed by first-time customers involving large purchase amounts may require additional verification. If verification cannot be completed due to lack of response, invalid contact information, or failure to complete requested confirmation, the order may be canceled.
Canceled, fraudulent, or non-contact orders will be refunded minus all non-refundable transaction and processing fees. These fees are incurred at the time of payment processing and cannot be recovered.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items and for all return shipping costs.
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us. We strongly recommend insuring return shipments for a value you are comfortable with in the event of loss or damage during transit.
