BMW E9X / E8X Driveshaft Safety Loops – Front & Rear (NHRA Compliant)

These loops are available in front and rear versions, each engineered to fit precisely and clear factory components without modification:

• Front Safety Loop

  • Mounts to the underside of the standard GM transmission mount.

  • Installs below the mounting point, not between the transmission and mount, ensuring the factory transmission height and driveline geometry remain unchanged.

  • Can also be used in any application with a GM transmission mount, not limited to BMW chassis.

• Rear Safety Loop

  • Bolts directly to the front differential mounting points on the stock BMW subframe.

  • Provides protection within the NHRA-required 6 inches of the driveshaft U-joint.

Both loops feature a removable bolt-in surround for easy installation and servicing without dropping the driveshaft.
