Lse9x LS Swap 1-7/8 Long Tube Headers

1 7/8" runner diameter true long tube header designed specially for Ls Swapped e9x/e8x chassis (RWD subframe only).   Will fit 4l80e (requires ears trimmed on bellhousing), 4l60e, t56/6060 transmissions as well as many others.  Headers only, gaskets, bolts only, no other piping included.

Fitment & Installation Notes – Please Read Before Purchasing

These headers are true long-tube 1 7/8" primary headers designed specifically for LS-swapped E9X/E8X chassis (RWD subframe only). These headers are engineered for performance and optimized clearance, but due to the variety of LS swap setups, professional installation and minor modifications should be expected.

• Tight fitment – Due to slight variations in header manufacturing, chassis differences, engine mount positioning, and drivetrain alignment, some modifications and adjustments may be necessary during installation.
• WILL NOT CLEAR 6 Bolt heads or block without modification to #1 runner on driver side. 
• Designed around Rear wheel drive -LEFT HAND DRIVE- LSe90 mounts run it the engine far forward position for firewall and steering shaft clearance.  X-drive RWD conversions may need crossmember modifications of mount extension for forward engine mounting. 
• Slight clearancing or modifications may be required depending on the transmission used for clearance on driver primaries where they pass the bellhousing. 
• Relocation of factory fuel line feed closer to frame rail required. 
  
• Gen1 (plate style) lse90 swap mounts may require slight modification for clearance. 
• Installation from bottom, Support engine and remove engine mounts one at a time to install.  
• 1" thick or smaller oil cooler adapters only
• Stock clutch master cylinder line will not clear driver header where it exits firewall, line must be replaced and relocated
• Collectors clearance to floor will not allow v band connections
