Key Features:

 

Motor Mounts:

  • Custom mounts designed to fit all E9X and E8X chassis, including E90, E91, E92, E93, E80, E81, and early model X1 (E84).
  • Compatible with stock and aftermarket lower motor mounts, adaptable for RWD and X-Drive setups using a 2WD front subframe for conversion.
  • Note: X-Drive subframe compatibility isn’t available due to the location of the steering rack, which interferes with the Sanden AC compressor placement.

Transmission Options:

  • Supports various transmissions, including DCT, T56/TR6060, 4L80E, 4L60E, and TH400.
  • Compatible with the stock BMW manual transmission using the DCT crossmember.
  • For 4L80E installations, minor trimming is required around the pan and transmission connector for fitment.

Accessory Drive:

  • Power Steering Compatibility: Reuses BMW’s power steering pump and lines with minor modifications, fitting N52 and modified N54 reservoir setups for alternator clearance.
  • Alternator Mounting: High-position top-mount bracket compatible with LS-style alternators (excluding Corvette models) to optimize space.
  • AC Compressor Placement: Low-mounted Sanden 508 AC compressor on the driver’s side, keeping the passenger side open for turbo setups or additional accessories.

Accessory Drive Spacing & Pulley Requirements:

  • Designed to support Truck, F-Body, and Corvette LS accessory spacings for custom alignment options.
  • Compatible with either a 6-rib N52 power steering pump pulley or a 7-rib N54 pulley, with the extra groove oriented to the front. Note: This kit is not compatible with the N55 pulley configuration.

Construction & Components:

  • Brackets are laser-cut from 1/4" steel and finished in wrinkle black powder coating for durability and corrosion resistance.
  • Kit includes all necessary hardware and idler pulleys for a straightforward installation (compressor and alternator not included).
  • Compatible Compressor: Requires Sanden 508 5H14 style 6-rib compressor (reference image provided).

This kit is engineered to make LS swapping into your E9X or E8X as smooth as possible, supporting both RWD and modified X-Drive setups for a clean, factory-like fitment. It’s the ideal solution for a high-quality, LS-powered build, whether for daily driving or performance.
